Before you write

How do we start?
Send a couple of sentences about the problem you are trying to solve. If it is something I should take on, we scope it in writing with fixed deliverables before any money moves. If it is not, I will say so and point you somewhere better.
What are your payment terms?
A 50% deposit before work begins, and the balance on completion, before final delivery of files and assets. Bank transfer or mobile money. All fees are agreed in writing first.
How quickly do you reply?
Within two working days, and usually the same day. If you have not heard back, the message did not arrive, so please try again.
Do you work with clients outside Ghana?
Yes. Several projects have been for clients abroad, and almost all of the work happens remotely regardless of where the client is.
Can we meet in person?
Yes, by appointment, at a public venue in Accra or Tema. Video calls are always available as an alternative. For in-person meetings the client covers transport, agreed in advance.
