A tenant home-swap marketplace built as a Turborepo monorepo: a tenant portal, a landlord gateway, an admin control panel, a marketing site and the API that serves all four. Tenants list a home, get matched, negotiate the swap and see it through to the deadline without leaving the product.
What it does
